Romeo is a 6 year old neutered male short haired tabby cat. He is up to date on his vaccinations and is micro chipped as well. Romeo is good with other cats, untested with dogs, horses and livestock and would do best in an adult household without children. Romeo?s guardian is moving to Ecuador and needs to rehome him as well as his female pal, Bella, who is also listed on these pages. Romeo?s person will pay $100 toward his vet bills for one year with her current vet who operates out of Eureka. If you want to adopt both Bella and Romeo, she will pay $200 toward their vet care for one year with the same vet. It would be wonderful if these cats could be adopted together. Romeo was once a feral cat and is a bit shy until he gets settled in. He is a very affectionate cat with his people but will hide when visitors come to the house. His current guardian makes sure he has lots of hiding places so he feels safe if there are strangers in the house. With his person or persons he?s a real lover boy and likes to receive affection and attention. Romeo adapted easily to the addition of Bella to the home and enjoys playing, lounging and generally hanging out with her. He is a very clean cat, litter box trained, no accidents. A great, loving guy without a lot of baggage who would love to find a home where he?ll be give a little time to settle and adjust to his new surroundings.
